KAP Strong Institutional Support.
KAP has relationships with large financial lenders in the alternative space
that are “regulated” by financial market authorities. KAP has the ability to
work with publicly traded stock, securities, real estate, and alternative
assets to create compliant offerings for certain qualified parties. Our
institutional parties have over 1bn in verified lending since 2009 and can
settle unconventional loans in as little as 30 days. KAP is a contracted AML
& CFT project manager of Homaer (Cayman) Public Private Partnership (P3),
Securitization, and Asset Management. In addition all securities related services are performed through licensed US Broker Dealers. We work with several US Broker Dealers. Among them are EBISU Securities, Marco Polo Securities, Merril Lynch, and MDX Wealth.
